I personally love health and wellness and have found integrating nutrition and exercise principles to be extremely helpful to clients. Research shows that by improving overall wellness, clients find they are better able to manage stress, mood swings, and health concerns. In 2023, I received a certification in health and wellness coaching and I’m currently pursuing a certification in mental health and nutrition. I also partner with an online health and wellness company that provides virtual fitness programs, balanced nutrition plans, and supplements to assist clients in their pursuit of health and wellness goals.
